Applying for Committee Membership

PhD holders may seek a place on the Scientific Committee if they demonstrate a relevant research record and suitable academic experience.

Academic Position and Institutional Affiliation

Applicants must hold an academic appointment at Assistant Professor level or higher. They should be affiliated with a recognized university, higher education institution, or research center.

Typical Yearly Review Load

Members generally complete around three or four submission assessments per year. Assignments can be planned flexibly around academic and personal commitments.

Language Skills and Objective Assessment

Applicants need the English ability required for academic review. They must assess submissions fairly, objectively, and independently. Their feedback should be constructive and remain consistent with academic integrity principles.

Requirements for Joining Our Scientific Board


  1. Expertise: Hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field of study, demonstrating a deep understanding and expertise in your area of specialization.

  2. Active Research Contributions: Showcase a track record of actively contributing to research through publications, conference presentations, or other scholarly activities.

  3. Effective Communication: Possess strong fluency in English to facilitate clear and impactful communication within the scientific board and with conference participants.

  4. Objective Evaluation: Demonstrate a commitment to impartially evaluate and provide constructive feedback on submitted research, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.

  5. Manageable Workload: Be available to assess three to four submissions per year based on your personal schedule.
